Returns and Refunds

We want you to live with your Puffy pieces before you commit, so every order comes with a 100-day trial.

100-day trial

If a piece isn't right for your space, contact us within 100 days of delivery and we'll arrange collection and refund you in full. No restocking fee, and no return shipping cost to you.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions and arrange pickup. Please keep items in good condition in the meantime.

Made-to-order items

Our Cloud range is cut and compressed to order. The 100-day trial still applies, starting from the day your order is delivered.

2-year warranty

Every Puffy piece is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received, your refund is issued to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for your bank to post it.
